Psychosomatic Practitioner

I offer individual psychosomatic work as a unique way to address difficulties. With my background as a physiotherapist, I have always been drawn to exploring the hidden causes of illness on the psychological level. This search has been an integral part of my private practice for many years.

Through various approaches — emotional, mental, and spiritual — I came to my own understanding of psychosomatics after about fifteen years of practice:
Physical illness or pain is a reflection of psychological pain once experienced in the past.
This pain shifts into the body at the moment when the past could already be closed or resolved. And so it becomes, essentially, a habit. Because a person was once used to illness, struggle, or feeling weak, the body repeats it even when the past no longer requires it.

A Guide on the Path to Health

My approach is based on a simple but powerful insight:
Everything that happens in a person’s external reality is a reflection of what once existed in their inner reality — mind, psyche, and emotions.

This applies not only to physical health, but also to difficulties in family, relationships, sports, or professional life.
Are your children facing health issues? Do you want to resolve challenges in your personal or family life? The same principle applies: what we see outside is always connected to what was once inside.

Each of us carries an inner program that was unconsciously set at the beginning of adulthood. This program determines how our life unfolds until we consciously recognize it and choose to see it from a new angle.

For real change to take place, it is necessary to uncover the psychological imprint from the recent past and, at the same time, “rewrite the initial codes of one’s inner program” by looking at them with new awareness.

I am here for anyone who wants to improve their health and move forward on the path to healing and a fuller life.

It makes sense to me to offer help right when it is needed. For acute issues, I usually provide one-off support. For chronic difficulties, I typically work within two or three written exchanges. Longer-term cooperation (such as improving sports performance) I offer only in a limited number of cases.

You will receive clear explanations, targeted questions, and practical guidance that helps you recognize how your body simply reflects old inner habits.

The program usually includes 8 – 10 email exchanges. Each of my responses is 400 – 800 words long and contains explanations of hidden connections, practical recommendations, and new questions that deepen your understanding.

How it works:

  1. You start by describing your difficulties – you will receive a short questionnaire.
  2. Step by step, we go through the key phases of your life (recent years and major turning points, early adulthood, childhood).
  3. In the final email, you receive a summary of your unique pattern and recommendations for your next steps.

The entire process takes place in writing, so you can return to each response at any time and work with it at your own pace – while still receiving individual feedback and personal guidance in every step.

My role is to:

  • help you identify the hidden connections behind illness or pain,
  • explain why your body repeats certain patterns, and show you how to consciously change them

This written format also allows me to guide you in detail without the need for live conversation, making the process flexible and accessible wherever you are.

Ongoing Guidance Program

For this purpose, I offer the Ongoing Guidance Program – a series of monthly written exchanges that help you stay on track.

Each month, you send me an update on your situation, and I respond with a detailed reflection and practical steps.
This way, you can:

  • keep applying the principles to your daily life,
  • receive steady encouragement and clarity,
  • and gradually integrate new patterns into your body and mind.

This program is designed for 6 months of follow-up, depending on your needs. It is a gentle but steady way to make sure that the changes you have started truly become part of your everyday life.

Before dedicating myself fully to psychosomatic work and writing, I worked for many years as a physiotherapist. This background gave me a deep understanding of how the body and mind are connected.
